ORDERING GUIDELINES

Here are some important guidelines to know before ordering your business cards. If you have any questions about placing an order or an existing order, please get in touch with us today.

• All cards are run 4/4 or in full color process on both sides. No Pantones and we do not color match.
• We offer quantities of 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000. For orders over 10,000 please contact us for quote.
• Quantites are per design or card and cannot be broken up between different card designs.
• Proof for Custom Design = 1 business day
• Printing turnaround time = 3-4 business days
• Custom Design is an additional $100, which includes two rounds of proofs, with changes. Extra charges apply for more then two rounds of changes.
• Please Note: Custom Design prices do not include logo design or work or custom illustration.
• Free delivery to the tri-county area (Wayne, Oakland & Macomb). For out-of-town/state customers, we ship FEDEX.
• Optional UV Coating is free... Please Note: It is very difficult to write on UV coating with most pens and markers.
• You are responsible for approving the final proof. This means you certify the job "Print Ready" and are 100% responsible for the content.
• No refunds will be given. Manufacturing errors will be rerun at no additional charge. We reserve the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error.
• By submitting a job to us, you certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order and indemnify and hold harmless the printer from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings.
• Turnaround times are not guaranteed, however we make every attempt to adhere to them.
• We reserve the right to refuse any job.

ART GUIDELINES

• All pixel based elements must be 300 DPI resolution. Please note that images from the internet (i.e.: Google or Yahoo image search) are way below print resolution and will not work for commercial printing. We do not use them.
• Press ready files must be sent via email for printing to begin.
• Files we accept: PDF, tiff, jpg, eps or ai with fonts outlined.
• All files must be to size and have an 1/8" of bleed.
• All files must be in the CMYK color mode (not RGB).
